Last weekend, on March 1st and 2nd<\/strong>, the first race of the Xelectrics 2025 championship<\/strong> was scheduled at the Albaida circuit in Valencia<\/strong>. Ambrosini e-Racing<\/strong>, always at the forefront of supporting its riders and customers, backed the Patinets Xela team<\/strong> with Jordi Gaya<\/strong> and Fran Falcon<\/strong>, along with single riders Javi Espinosa<\/strong> (sponsored by Sabway<\/strong>, a renowned Spanish franchise chain specializing in electric vehicles<\/strong>), Ronni<\/strong>, Jeff<\/strong>, and Izzan<\/strong>. They all raced on e-scooters<\/strong> equipped with Ambrosini e-Racing electronics<\/strong>, powered by Ambrosini motors<\/strong>, and fitted with our RS-500s controllers<\/strong>. Additionally, Javi Espinosa<\/strong> will compete in the Eskootr Championship ESC 2025 World Championship<\/strong> this year.<\/p>

A Weekend Marked by Unstable Weather and Technical Challenges<\/strong><\/h2>

A week before the race, weather forecasts predicted rain<\/strong> throughout the weekend. According to Xelectrics regulations<\/strong>, races are not held if there is water on the track. Nevertheless, all our riders headed to Valencia, hoping for a change in the weather<\/strong>.<\/p>

Friday: Successful Free Practice and Data Analysis<\/strong><\/h3>

Friday\u2019s free practice proved extremely productive. We gathered numerous data<\/strong> on the new electronic configurations, and our riders posted impressive lap times<\/strong>, emerging as the fastest on the track compared to other teams. In the afternoon, after analyzing the riders’ feedback<\/strong>, we further refined the programming of the RS-500s controllers<\/strong>, increasing our gap from the competition. Jordi Gaya<\/strong> set the fastest lap, finishing 2 seconds<\/strong> ahead of the second-fastest rider.<\/p>

Saturday: Technical Testing in the Rain and Innovative Solutions<\/strong><\/h3>

On Saturday morning, with rain<\/strong> in the forecast, the organizers canceled all official qualifying sessions according to the regulations, allowing only free practice sessions. Although some riders were not ready to race in wet conditions, our team had the exclusive advantage of fully waterproof vehicles<\/strong>. With Jordi Gaya<\/strong> and Fran Falcon<\/strong>, we transformed the canceled race into an opportunity for intensive testing<\/strong>. We fine-tuned the e-scooters<\/strong> and tested various PMT rain tire<\/strong> solutions: PMT Junior R<\/strong>, PMT Rain<\/strong>, and PMT Slick R<\/strong>, analyzing performance and developing strategies to tackle heavy rain conditions.<\/p>

On Sunday, with even heavier rain<\/strong> and critical track conditions, we conducted a race simulation with Jordi Gaya<\/strong>. The results were outstanding: lap times demonstrated the effectiveness of the RS-500s controller<\/strong> programming. The vehicle performed with exceptional stability and maneuverability, even under the most challenging conditions. Ambrosini e-Racing\u2019s RS-500s controllers<\/strong> are unique, delivering high performance<\/strong> combined with true waterproof resistance<\/strong>, enabling our riders to face any weather without compromise.<\/p>
